- Comment: Bobby Jespersen, who was our salesman, was a very responsive & professional to install a burglar, smoke, motion sensors and low temp sensor in our 12,000 SF retail store on W Washingston Street in Charleston. Everything went extremely smoothly- the install, the set-up and all up and working within 2 days of placing the order. I would highly recommend Bobby & WV Security
